The requirement was to replace the existing 18m weighbridge with a new a cost-effective 24m weighbridge.

Unlike the weighbridge being replaced, the new weighbridge had to provide both trade weighing as well as axle weighing.

The solution Sasco provided was to install the Sasco WB-AW weighbridge. The DD1010 indicator was installed together with S500 load cells and Sasco ProWeigh+ software, thus enabling this single deck weighbridge to provide axle weights as well as a total weighing result to within 99.99% verified accuracy.
