Bulk Carrier Ship Loading System

Due to CAPEX constraints the requirement was to upgrade a crucial but problematic multi hopper management system used for managing and controlling the loading of high volumes of corn and other products into bulk carrier ships at the Port of Durban. The upgraded system was required to be highly reliable and the processing time quick.

The solution Sasco provided was to re wire the entire system, adding in multiple process gate status relays and most crucially upgrade all the controllers to the Sasco L337 indicators.
